Authentic Saudi Buffets & Traditional Banquets
Prepared by experienced Saudi chefs, every banquet is crafted using premium natural ingredients while preserving the authentic flavors of traditional Saudi cuisine.
Mandi – The King of Saudi Banquets
Authentic Mandi is slow-cooked inside traditional underground clay ovens heated with natural wood until glowing embers develop.
Chicken, lamb, or whole lamb is suspended inside the oven, allowing the meat to cook gently while absorbing the rich aroma of wood smoke. The result is exceptionally tender meat served over fragrant basmati rice infused with traditional spices.
Saleeg – A Taste of Hejazi Heritage
One of the most beloved dishes in western Saudi Arabia, Saleeg combines slow-cooked chicken or lamb with creamy milk broth and white rice simmered until perfectly smooth.
Served with tender meat and flavorful broth, it delivers a rich yet delicate taste unique to the Hejaz region.
Janeeth (Madhbi) – Southern Saudi Tradition
Janeeth, also known as Madhbi, features meat grilled slowly over charcoal using a signature blend of cumin, turmeric, cardamom, and black pepper.
The result is a beautifully crisp exterior with juicy, tender meat, served on saffron-colored basmati rice garnished with roasted pine nuts and raisins.
Kabli – The Jewel of Saudi Cuisine
Kabli is one of Saudi Arabia’s finest rice dishes.
Premium basmati rice is cooked with meat in a fragrant broth enriched with saffron, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and cumin, then garnished with roasted almonds and raisins for an unforgettable flavor.
Traditional Shared Banquets (Mafatah)
Mafatah represents the essence of Arabian generosity and communal dining.
Large traditional serving platters include:
Mandi, Kabli, and Saleeg rice dishes
Grilled and slow-cooked meats
Traditional stews and fresh salads
Authentic Saudi breads
Fresh juices and cold beverages
This style of dining creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere where food becomes a shared cultural experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many coffee servers do I need?
As a general guideline, one coffee server can comfortably serve 40–50 guests. For an event of 100 guests, we typically recommend three coffee servers and one supervisor, with the final staffing based on the event type and duration.
Can I book coffee servers and a Mandi banquet together?
Absolutely. This is our most requested package, offering a complete hospitality solution through a single booking for greater convenience and value.
How far in advance should I book?
For large banquets such as Mandi or Kabli, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Smaller hospitality services such as coffee and dates can usually be arranged with 24 hours’ notice.
Do you deliver food or cook on-site?
We offer both options. Meals can be prepared in our professional kitchens and delivered hot in insulated containers, or our culinary team can prepare large banquets directly at your event venue.
What beverages do you serve?
Our menu includes authentic Arabic coffee with cardamom and saffron, traditional Saudi coffee, regular Arabic coffee, black tea, green tea, cinnamon tea, sage tea, and Gulf-style Karak tea.
Does your team clean up after the event?
Yes. Our staff collects all serving equipment, cleans the hospitality area thoroughly, and leaves the venue neat and organized before departure.
